The aim of the project, which includes research, workshops and a concert, is to assess the impact of specific dance exercises on postural stability, analysis of body composition, muscle strength and range of motion of dancers. During the research, coordination skills such as kinesthetic differentiation of movement, balance, rhythm, quick reaction and spatial orientation will be assessed. Biomechanics and kinesiology methods will be used, including balance assessment, gait analysis and strength-speed measurements of lower limbs, etc.
