DANCE CAMP - NEW SEMESTER - 2023
With a mini concert and presentation in Augustów on February 18, 2023, the band began the inter-semester dance camp, which we organize before the start of the next semester. During the classes, we had the opportunity to work withMs Katarzyna Migała(dance teacher, choreographer) lecturer at the Music Academy of G. and K. Bacewicz in Łódź.
In the next semester, in the academic year 2022/23, the group's classes are held unchanged in two dance groups from Monday to Thursday (18.00-21.30).

RECRUITMENTS 2022
We invite first-year students to our first classes in the academic year 2022/2023. We are waiting for new team members on two dates:October 10 and October 19in the AWF dance hall, at 19.00.
Regular classes for the beginner group are held on Mondays and Wednesdays, 19.00-21.15
DANCE CAMP (PREPARATORY) - BIAŁA PODLASKA, AWF 2022
Every year in the second half of September we start work before the new season and the next academic year. The dance camp during this period is an opportunity for calm, systematic work on motor preparation, technique and choreography. It is also an opportunity to carry out cyclical research carried out at the Regional Research and Development Center on: "Analysis of kinematic and dynamic parameters as well as motor skills of dancers in training and concert conditions".After a long break, we returned to our sports facilities and dance hall and we are ready for more challenges.
FESTI FOLK PONTE DE SOR - PORTUGAL 2022
International "Golden Karagoz" was not the only event of this year. A few days ago the group returned from Portugal, which appeared for the first time on the map of folklore trips. Therefore, the opportunity to present Polish culture, including its native Podlasie, was important for the dancers, not for purely artistic reasons 6 teams from Poland - Podlasie, 2 groups from Mexico, Colombia, Spain and Romania. The festival, organized by Rancho Folclórico da Casa do Povo de Ponte de Sor , was held under the auspices of CIOFF® and had a unique atmosphere. The charms of Portugal, additional tourist trips of dancers to the Atlantic Ocean to Cascais and Lisbon, with monuments on the list UNESCO (Torre de Belem and Mosteiro dos Jerónimos), as well as the charms of Lisbon bustling with life with the Baixa district, Bairo Alto, where the sounds of fado music merge in the evenings. All events in a very charming Portuguese scenery created a unique atmosphere. In addition, the beautiful sounds of the Podlasie music band under the direction of Przemysław Marcyniak blended into the landscapes of picturesque towns of this region rich in tradition. The integration of bands from all over the world, numerous concerts, joint music-making, traditional games made the festival for dancers a very special event that will remain in your memory for a very long time. The main partner of the group's artistic journeys is Lublin Province.
CONCERT IN ZAMBROW
The "Folk Playing" concert at the Municipal Cultural Center in Zambrów is behind us. Thank you for the invitation and the fantastic atmosphere. Despite the holiday season, we try not to fall out of shape. From 26 July we start our Portuguese adventure Festi Folk Ponte de Sor.

34 INTERNATIONAL GOLDEN KARAGOZ COMPETITION - TURKEY 2022
After a long break caused by the pandemic, we have another trip abroad. The goal of our artistic trip was sunny and very friendly Turkey. This is the fifth visit to this country in the history of the band. Each festival has its own unique atmosphere and character. So it was this time. The artistic impressions, organization and atmosphere were exceptional. Bursa turned out to be a beautiful and attractive city, and we returned home safely after 8 days of concerts. Dancing among 18 groups of nearly 600 dancers, we had the opportunity to present our folklore to the Turkish audience in many different guises. Nagrodę Złoty Karagoz (Altin Karagoz ), during the 34th edition of the festival, which is associated with quite an interesting legend, was won by an excellent professional team from Georgia, which was not a surprise even for a moment. Our journey could not have happened without support Of the Marshal's Office of the Lubelskie Voivodeship as part of the "Lubelskie Taste Life" program , for which we would like to thank you.
CINEMATOGRAPHY IN BIELANY - THE BAND'S LATEST PERFORMANCE 2022
"Cinematograph in Bielany - Old Warsaw Dances and Songs" is the latest dance and music show of the Song and Dance Ensemble "Podlasie" of the Józef Piłsudski Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, branch in Biała Podlaska. The premiere of this event took place on May 20 (Friday) 2022 at 19.00. Apart from the dancers and musicians of Podlasie, the stage also featured soloists as well as students and graduates of the Academy of Physical Education. "Kinematograf na Bielany ..." is an interactive show in which music and dance accompanied the pictures of pre-war Warsaw, prepared on the basis of the collections of the National Digital Archives and the Academy of Physical Education. With a dance and a dose of humor, the viewer could move to the Bielany forest, where, after regaining independence, it was once again swarming with picnics. There were presented stays, polkas, waltzes, as well as tango and foxtrot melodies popular in the interwar period, combined with well-known and liked melodies.
The dancers were traditionally accompanied by a chamber orchestra under the direction of Przemysław Marcyniak (the music director and conductor) - the author of musical arrangements. Marek Chmiel worked on vocal preparation of Podlasie dancers , while the whole show and choreography were prepared by the artistic director of the group, Marcin Bochenek.
The show was organized and co-financed as part of a public task in the field of culture of the City Hall project, supported by the President of Biała Podlaska - Michał Litwiniuk.
FOLKLOR & JAZZ
After a long break, we went back to touring with the musicians of the Bialski Jazz Trio. The concert on February 25 during the XXXV Words of Podlasie Sports Plebiscite for the most popular sportsmen and coaches in our region was an opportunity to present the Impresja Podlaskie program to the public.
Shrovetide in Podlasie - 3rd EDITION OF THE PROJECT, SEASON 2022
The concert on February 24 in front of a very grateful audience at the Stara Kornica Primary School was the only one that we managed to organize and dance in the last week in front of the Ash Ash. Shrovetide in Podlasie is an educational project that we have been implementing systematically since 2019.
INTERNATIONAL BREAK - WINTER DANCE CAMP 2022
The inter-semester break in our case was not long. On February 20-26, we met to work on new ideas. We are also implementing another project called "Zapustów na Podlasie" after the pandemic break.
DANCER RESEARCH - JANUARY 2022
On January 11-13, as part of the project: "Analysis of kinematic and dynamic parameters as well as motor skills of classical, contemporary and folk dancers in training and concert conditions", we conducted further research. This time, in the facilities of the ROBiR AWF Biała Podlaska, we hosted dancers from the Academy of Music. Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz from Łódź. The research project manager on behalf of the University of Physical Education is Dr. Marcin Bochenek.
In December, before Christmas, we hosted Anna Rapcewicz-Wiśniewska and Michał Trantau: "Między Wisłą a Bugiem". We had the opportunity to tell you about our activities and plans. The meeting was also an opportunity to promote our album "Zróbże Muzyko".
CONCERT "ART WAS AFTER US" 29.11.2021 BIAŁA PODLASKA - AULA ROBIR at 19.00
The concert "Art Has Come Behind Us" was organized as part of the program "It's Worth Being a Pole" of the Lublin Province Self -Government, and was held under the patronage of Jarosław Stawiarski, Marshal of the Lublin Province. Bands from 4 academic centers appeared on the stage: the Song and Dance Ensemble of the University of Warsaw "Warszawianka", the Dance Song Ensemble of the University of Warmia and Mazury "Kortowo", the Folk Dance Ensemble of the AWF "Warszawa" and of course our Podlasie - branch of AWF Biała Podlaska. The concert full of energy and dance impressions was definitely a beautiful spectacle that the audience from Biała could admire both in the Auditorium and during the online broadcast.
CONCERT DURING THE 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF ZTL WARSAW AWF - 28.11.2021
On November 28, 2021, we had the pleasure to dance during the ZTL Warszawa AWF jubilee concert. The show in the hall of our home Academy of Physical Education of Józef Piłsudski in Warsaw was an extraordinary event. Apart from the Jubilee, the bands of ZPiT UW "Warszawianka" and ZPiT UWM "Kortowo" also appeared on the stage on that day.
GROUPINGS - OCTOBER, NOVEMBER 2021
In the 2021/2022 academic year, we returned to systematic work, we carry out our classes on a weekly basis: Monday-Friday, as well as during training camps, which take place at least once a month. Our best and favorite training place is the center in Mrozy, to which, courtesy of the Headmaster of the School Complex for them. A. Mickiewicza: Marianna Bogusz, our graduates, and above all Ania Pieniak, have been systematically successful for several years now. Our last training camps in October and November were devoted to preparations for the concerts.
INAUGURATION OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2021/2022
On October 11, 2021, we officially started another academic year. The ceremonial inauguration in the Aula of the AWF took place with our little participation. Currently, the classes are carried out in four blocks - Tuesday and Thursday - a representative group that has been working since September, and in the coming days we are waiting for new team members. The first meeting for the beginner group and recruitment are planned next Monday at 18.30 in the dance hall of the AWF, ul. Akademicka 2. Classes for 1st year students will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. You're welcome.
CONCERT "ŻAK DANCING IN PODLASIE" 23.09.2021 BIAŁA PODLASKA - AMPHITHEATER at 19.00
Before us there are workshops and a joint concert with the Song and Dance Ensemble of the University of Warsaw "Warszawianka" - "Żakowe Dancing" - this time we will organize the meetings initiated by the Warszawianka Team in Podlasie. The concert will take place as part of the 3rd Festival of Bogusław Kaczyński organized by the City Hall of Biała Podlaska and Bialskie Centrum Kultury im. Bogusław Kaczyński . The event has become a permanent fixture in the calendar of nationwide projects promoting opera and operetta music. For the third time, it will be held in Biała Podlaska, the city of birth of the most outstanding critic of classical music - Bogusław Kaczyński.
World-class artists will perform on stage during the 9-day festival of classical and musical music. The star of the 3rd edition will be maestra Małgorzata Walewska, who has performed at the largest opera houses in the world - including the Metropolitan Opera in New York, delighting the audience with an original mezzo-soprano. The musical feast will abound, among others in performances by Kasia Moś, Maria Meyer, Mateusz Deskiewicz, Kamila Lendzion and Paulina Milczarek. Detailed program of the festival.

In the current academic year, we start our work much earlier. On September 15-21, 2021, the band's dance camp will be held, which will be devoted to preparations for the concerts and plans for the 2021/2022 academic year. HOLIDAY CONCERTS, JULY-AUGUST, 2021
Many holiday plans appeared in our calendar. This time there were concerts in the region: "Folklore without borders" in Janów Podlaski , as well as the 2nd Art and Handicraft Fair in Radzyń Podlaski . Detailed photos of these events on our social media.
"DANCE LANDSCAPES" CONCERT
Behind us is the concert for which we all waited impatiently. It was nice meeting the audience again. All the seats in our AWF Auditorium, as far as possible and within the permissible limits, were occupied, and we could enjoy this moment. The show was a "journey" through selected regions of our country, as well as a film memory of artistic expeditions over the last 5 years. During this concert, we had the opportunity to present the long-awaited premiere: "Kurpiowski Miodobranie" choreographed by M. Bochenek and arranged by P. Marcyniak's music . The presentation was a special event Rzeszów dances by a group of our graduates, who always participate in large numbers in all the events of the group, creating a unique and exceptional atmosphere. The event was also connected with the promotion of the album "Zagramże muzko" , and the whole event was hosted by a friend of our band, Paweł Bukrewicz, in a very unusual way.

CONCERTS - 2021
In June, after a long break, we return to concerts and dance and music performances. We hope that we will be able to implement our future plans and go on stage. The pretext for of future meetings will be primarily the promotion of the album "Zagramże muzko" , which will soon appear on CDs and in selected music services.
The long break caused by the pandemic knocked us a bit out of the rhythm of our work. Fortunately, we are slowly returning to operation. The training camps that we managed to organize in March-May were proof of this. After many months of break, we returned to our favorite dance place in Mrozy. The effects of our work will be available soon during the upcoming concerts in June.
GROUPINGS - 2021
STUDY ALBUM "ZAGRAJŻE MUZYKO" - 2020
After many hardships and in very demanding conditions, on December 14-16, 2020, we were able to finish the recordings for our new studio album "Play music" - realized once again in the Polish Radio Studio S4 them. Jerzy Wasowski . Our CD, co-financed by the Mayor of Biała Podlaska and the Rector of the Branch of the Academy of Physical Education , will include, among others the most beautiful folk melodies - Podlasie, Lublin, Kurpie. We are waiting for the possibility of concerts and promotion, which we hope, due to the restrictions and the time of the pandemic, will start as the situation develops - in spring or summer. What to wait for !!!
CONCERT - ON-LINE, 2020
In December, in this difficult time for everyone, we had the opportunity to record our show "Lubelsko-Podlaskie Palindromes". After a long break, we went back to work. We also recorded a Christmas mini program with Polish Christmas carols, which were found on the websites and in the social media of the band and the university. We try not to give up and implement our plans as much as possible.

A very nice celebration in this difficult year for all of us. Award for achievements in the field of artistic creation, promotion and protection of culture on the occasion of the 50th anniversary, presented by the President of the City of Biała Podlaska, Michał Litwiniuk . APSIK, or the battle for flavors - 2020
"Reading Soboty" from AWF Biała Podlaska is one of our forms of survival in this difficult period for everyone. Our interpretation of the story of "Apsik - the battle for snot". A lot of impressions and fun so we could also do something good. Thank you for inviting us to cooperate. Due to the coronavirus threat in the country and in the world, our final concert of the 50th Anniversary Jubilee will not be held on the date planned by us - April 25, 2020.
PODLASKIE DANCING WORKSHOPS IN CANADA - MARCH 2020
In the first half of March, the representatives of our team: artistic director Marcin Bochenek and music director Przemysław Marcynia k realized Podlasie dance workshops, the finale of which was the choreography of Podlasie dances for the stage : "Spring in Podlasie" for the Canadian Polish community in Saskatchewan - Regina . In this way, our Podlasie dances are popularized all over the world.
50TH ANNIVERSARY JUBILEE - PREPARATIONS
The turn of February and March is the next stage of preparations for the final concert. This time, a representative group of current dancers will participate in the workshops of classical and contemporary dance techniques with the ladies: Milena Jurczyk and Katarzyna Migała. Shrovetide in Podlasie - 2020
The second edition of the series of concerts in the last week of the carnival is behind us. This time, on February 24-25, we presented the Shrovetide program in Łuków and its vicinity. It was very intense as always. There was plenty of humor and fun, as well as animal mascaras popular in Podlasie at that time: "turonia, stork, bear and goat". The concerts and our presentations were also the next stage of preparations for the 50th anniversary.
THE OMAN WORLD FESTIVAL OF FOLK MUSIC - ROYAL OPERA HOUSE, MUSCAT 2020
Travel has become part of our business. From the beginning of the band's existence, they have been written extensively in the pages of history, and above all in our chronicles. We will also remember our last trip with great warmth. The series of events in the Middle East meant that our festival turned into a slightly different alternative and purely tourist trip. The whole situation, however, had very positive sides. Therefore, we started 2020 with interesting tourist events, and the dance events are still ahead of us. 50TH ANNIVERSARY JUBILEE
The following months will pass under the slogan of preparations for the jubilee concert. The dates are set and we are already expecting our graduates. The final concert will take place on April 25, 2020. We cordially invite everyone to participate - of course, in every possible "role". ŻAK DANCING 2019 - MAZOVIA MOTHER
"Żakowe Tańowanie" is a concert in Matecznik Mazowsze on the initiative and at the invitation of the "Warszawianka" Song and Dance Ensemble. A beautiful spectacle, which in many respects turned out to be exceptional both in terms of dancing and music. Once again we had the opportunity to present ourselves to the public in full force. We also did not say the last word and we are already looking forward to another joint project, this time in our backyard in Biała Podlaska.

On May 31, we started working on a task whose main goal is to popularize and nurture the dance folklore of our native region. Publisher: "Podlasie dance folklore in education", Podlasie music - recordings in the S4 studio of Polish Radio, trainings, dance workshops, as well as concerts by the band and the title Festival "Korobeczka" - most of the work and our preparations for all these tasks are behind us , and soon we go out extensively with activities and planned events to the environment. FESTIVAL IN TURKEY 2019
Two valuable prizes: for the best music ex aequo with Taiwan and 2nd place for the best performance in the solo / duo category for the Duchy of Warsaw - "Little State of Great Hopes" performed by dancers Marta Stolarczuk and Jakub Brzuchalski - these are our achievements during the 20th International Büyükçekmece Culture and Art Festival. CONCERTS AND GROUPINGS - MAY, JUNE 2019
We do not stop the pace, we danced exactly 15 concerts in the last 3 months. However, we do not forget about systematic work and cyclical training camps. All this is closely related to the upcoming 2019/2020 and the 50th anniversary. Our recent presentations focused mainly on folklore in its classic sense. Exceptionally, on May 23, we returned to our "flirt" with jazz. Concerts with the Jazz Trio in Biała are an extraordinary pleasure, also for us. Therefore, we are preparing further surprises that we will soon be able to present in this extraordinary period for us.

The first stage of preparations for the celebration of the 50th anniversary of "Podlasie" is behind us. Lots of ideas that not only concern our concerts and meetings. We are preparing new materials, soon the Jubilee Calendar and other gadgets - as well as "team attractions". Meanwhile, we present a "small sample" of our work in front of the lenses - "Are these shoes polished?"
GROUP, MARCH, APRIL - ŁUKÓW 2019
We start the summer semester with training camps, systematic work and subsequent concerts. In the current academic year, Łuków turned out to be our permanent base. Thanks to the courtesy of the Director of the Secondary School, Mr. Grzegorz Rzymowski - our graduate, dancer, we can always count on cordiality and excellent conditions there. First of all, we have time for long, intense classes.
Shrovetide in Podlasie - 2019
We invite you to the latest series of concerts of the Song and Dance Ensemble "Podlasie" - thematically related to the upcoming last week of the carnival. You will be able to see our presentations from February 27 to March 8, 2019 in such towns and cities as: Kodeń, Wisznice, Biała Podlaska, Janów Podlaski, Międzyrzec Podlaski. The pretext for this type of thematic concerts is the interesting carnival time. During this period, the community in Podlasie was devoted to amusing games, often accompanied by "Wieczernice", where women told the so-called tales and stories, and the youth "made jokes". She often brought "musician", and the so-called "Butter week - for the voice of the violin and the drum" was a pretext for dancing and pranks, where people danced until morning.
During 10 concerts, we will present mainly the dances and games of Podlasie, including "Podlasie remnants". We will present the region's dances in the latest versions, but there will also be other neighboring regions and, as always, a few surprises.
SUMMARY 2018
It was a good year for the band's activities. 56 concerts in Poland and abroad. A festival in Indonesia - an artistic journey that had many dimensions: dancing, art and tourism. 2 Indonesian islands: Bali and Java, and, as always, a lot of positive impressions. Concerts in various parts of Poland are always a joy and a great challenge. In addition, our flirtation with jazz is traditional. A visit to TVP in the Halo Polonia program, live. Presentation of the Impresja Podlaskie program. And as always, news: 2 big premieres. Lubelsko-Podlaskie Palindromes and spring, Saturday atmosphere of the third part of Impresja Podlaskie. We are very happy with all short and long presentations. Most importantly, step by step, we are approaching the next Jubilee, this time the 50th anniversary. We are already counting down and we are working intensively as always. Thank you for being with us! After the events related to the National Heritage Festival Bogusław Kaczyński, it's time for another important concert. On Tuesday, October 9, we invite our academic community and residents of Biała Podlaska to the Auditorium of the AWF for a unique concert accompanied by a chamber orchestra under the direction of Przemysław Marcyniak. We will present national and regional dances, taking into account the native Podlasie, including our latest program "Lubelsko-Podlaskie palindromes". We also announce a surprise related to the program of Impresja Podlaskie and the Jazz Trio band consisting of: Jarosław Michaluk, Radosław Żyła, Paweł Odoszewski.

Podlasie impressions during the World Academic Weightlifting Championships are behind us. Selected fragments of the third part of the program linking our native Podlasie folklore and jazz could be seen by invited guests, residents of Biała Podlaska and, above all, competitors from all over the world.

Harvest Festival in the Kleszczów Commune on August 26, on one stage with bands such as: Brathanki, DeMono, Małgorzata Ostrowska, were also an attraction for us. EDUCATIONAL MEETINGS WITH FOLKLORE 2018
This is our educational program for the youngest and not only. This year we started our presentations in the commune of Siedliszcze / near Chełm, and June is the month in which we will definitely reach the youngest in Biała Podlaska and its vicinity. Planned concerts, combined with games soon in Biała Podlaska as well as in the Children's Home in Komarno.

The nearest time, in addition to work during the last training camps and classes, is the period of concerts, which are also the preparation for what the band awaits in July.

The 2016/2017 academic year is behind us
The 2016/2017 academic year is behind us. Lots of work and attractions. We ended this year with a training camp in Hartowiec and a concert during the "Kupała Night" on June 23 in Działdowo. Our dancers - on vacation, together with the Bialski Jazz Trio, also danced a concert on July 16 in Biała Podlaska during the "Radziwiłła Fair". Holidays are in progress, and just after them we will have concerts on September 3 in Sosnówka, on September 17 in Rossosz and on September 27 in Biała Podlaska - details soon, but now we cordially invite you
Concerts of ZPiT "Podlasie"
The last weeks after returning from our South America journeys are particularly intense. There is no time for laziness, concert after concert ( Rawa Mazowiecka, CH Rywal, Mrozy, Działdowo, Biała Podlaska ), training camps and constantly new plans. We are preparing for the next dance events in the near future.
SUMMARY OF THE KOROBECZKA FESTIVAL 2019
We have many interesting and busy weeks behind us. We have never carried out educational tasks in the region on such a grand scale before. It was possible thanks to the Project: Festival of Traditional Dances and Games "Korobeczka" of the National Cultural Center as part of the EtnoPolska Program 2019. Over 3,500 people participated in all our tasks. We can say with great satisfaction that such activities are important and necessary, and such a large number of attendance, involvement in activities, audience at concerts, a whole lot of the youngest dancers presenting Podlasie dances, it all exceeded our wildest expectations.
